    The front camera of the cell has a stain, I have tried to clean it and it is not removed, and when taking the photos these spots are recorded in the photographs with this dark spot, it seems to be something internal. I am from Costa Rica and I am in Costa Rica, I bought the cell phone in a trip in the United States, I return until November 7, until this date I could return the cell phone through an office of OPS, you indicate me an email address where can provide proofs or photographs?

      Unlike many Apple users, I switched from my iPhone 5C to this Android device and I have no regrets whatsoever.

      What I loved:
      This device is extremely fast
      Gaming has no lag
      The battery life is great for my usage
      The camera is outstanding
      The internal storage is more than enough for my needs
      FAST fingerprint scanner
      FAST SuperCharging

      What I disliked:
      Nothing! This phone is definitely one of my favourites at this price point.
      A lot of people have nitpick issues such as no oleophobic coating but this isn't a problem for me. Just give your screen a few rubs and it's clean again.

      I believed this phone originally ships with a European adapter but I reached out to the seller and they sent a US adapter with my device. Great customer service!

And he answered "After 2 weeks the phone kept freezing. Also for group messaging it sometimes did not work. Will you please delete all the information off the phone? You did not receive a new phone since it was used by me and malfunctioning. Sorry."

      UPDATE REVIEW:

      Ok this is my updated review! I had to take away 2 stars for a few reasons.

      1. Performance:

      - The performance of this phone is not bad at all, it does have it small lag times and it does have it slowness ever now and then.

      - App crashes happen ALOT even when lots of apps are not running, they just crash out of nowhere for no reason. Happens at the worst times!

      - Camera is good ... front camera can use some improvement and stop enchaining light.

      - One annoying feature of this phone it keeps downloading the stupid pictures of the original screen background and it changes my screen background all the time. For no reason, it quite annoying.

      - Charges fast that is a plus...

      - Fingerprint unlock is FAST even when wet.

      This is a ok phone but do not expect preformace of a Pixel or Samsung or high end LG out of it.

      Suggested Improvments:

      - Camera
      - Software Not Crashing
      - Random old screen pics downloading again and changing for no reason
      - Bloatware

      I like this Huawei P10 I bought it from Amazon for the half prize of the Iphones and Samsungs my kids are using. These are surly good but my Huavei is it also. It is slim and light. It is quick and responsive and the display is clear.The Leica camera is excellent. It was easy to connect to Chrome Cast to show my pictures on large TV screen.

      Celular muy bueno en cuanto a caracteristicas y usabilidad. Sistema de procesador muy bueno y rapido. Memoria amplia para manejo de varias aplicaciones, diseño excelente y parecido al Iphone. Parlantes acordes al modelo. Se puede colocar 2 tarjetas SIM aunque si se usan 2 no se puede utilizar la MICRO SD, ya que esta ocupa el lugar de la SIM.
      Lo que no me gusto es la calidad y material del celular, es facil de marcarse y rayarse la parte posterior, la Camara es muy buena aunque lo que no me gusto es que es oscura al sacar las fotos y hay que subir el brillo.
      Recomiendo, por precio y calidad es muy buen celular en todo sentido.
