The future of the Barcelona coaching hotseat remains a mystery, but Phillip Cocu appears to have thrown his hat into the ring by revealing how special he considers the job.
Currently in charge of PSV Eindhoven, Cocu made the trip to Catalonia to see his former team take on Osasuna on Tuesday night and took the time to discuss his future.
"It would be fantastic to coach Barcelona," he told Cadena SER during his visit.
"You never know.
"Whoever does take over from Luis Enrique will have a difficult job."
With such comments, the Dutchman will find his name linked with the post along with the other main candidates Ernesto Valverde and Juan Carlos Unzue.
