Abstract: 2016 WHO Classification of Tumours of the Urinary System and Male Genital Organs, known as the forth edition, contains many important changes compared with the third edition. Newly recognized epithelial renal tumours are hereditary leiomyomatosis and renal cell carcinoma ( RCC ) associated RCC , succinate dehydrogenase-deficient RCC , tubulocystic RCC, acquired cystic disease associated RCC, and clear cell papillary RCC. In addition, another five renal tumours have been changed a lot in the new edition, and those tumours have certain radiological characteristics. In this review we summarized the newly published classification of renal tumours and their radiological appearance.
