Ariana Grande Says She Is "So, So Sorry" Following Suspected Concert Terror Attack

    Ariana Grande has shared a heartbroken message following the attack that left 22 fans dead and more than 50 injured at her concert in Manchester, England, on Monday night.

    The British Transport Police said officers responded to a blast at around 10:30pm, in the foyer of the Manchester Arena, just minutes after the American pop star finished her set.

    In a statement on Tuesday morning, Prime Minister Theresa May said that British authorities were "working to establish the full details of what is being treated by the police as an appalling terrorist attack."

    Ariana tweeted a few hours after the devastating incident to express her upset and reach out to fans, saying that she is "so so sorry" and has no words.

    Scooter Braun, her manager, also posted a statement in the early hours of Tuesday morning, saying, "Words cannot express our sorrow for the victims and families harmed in this senseless attack."

    Ariana is next due to perform in London on her world tour this Thursday, 25 May.

    She is then due to travel through Europe, South America, Central America, Asia, and Australasia throughout June to September.

    According to TMZ and CNN, the singer has indefinitely suspended her tour in the wake of the attack. A representative has been contacted to confirm this by BuzzFeed News.

    Reps from the O2, where Ariana is due to perform later this week, shared this statement saying they are in contact with promoters and will update when they have more information.
