One phone worked. One phone will not. I had two Verizon techs check it out and neither could get the phone to pick up Verizon or any other network. Now in addition to having to disappoint my son at Christmas, to add insult to injury, I am having to face the hassle of trying to get a refund/exchange.

EDIT - I contacted both Amazon and Marketplace Customer Service. I was promised a replacement for the defective iPhone and the missing earbuds from both orders. Surprise, even this was not handled properly. Issued a refund (still no earbuds) for the one iPhone instead of making this right in spite of being promised a replacement iPhone that actually works.

Phone was working great for the first couple of weeks. I placed it in a lifeproof/waterproof/dustproof case since my last phone received water damage. The phone now turns off and on and cycles through this process non stop while still charging. The battery life drops to nothing, and it doesn't seem able to hold a charge, even when plugged in and charging! It's almost like manufactured obsolescence. We'll see how the return goes...based on previous buyers experiences I imagine it's going to be a pain. If time = money, then you will save yourself much more money buying a new phone.

Had a problem where the previous owner didn't factory reset the phone, but they were very easy to get in contact with and once a video was sent to them to prove the problem was actually there, they were more than happy to send me their icloud password to factory reset the phone. there is very little damage to the phone and is a great upgrade from the 5s. love love love my new iPhone.
