The official Splatoon manga that’s been serialized in Japan’s Corocoro Comic magazine since 2015 is getting an official English-language release later this year, publisher Viz Media confirmed today.

The all-ages comic based on the original Wii U game focuses on four Inklings caught up in the Splatoon Turf War. The manga, from artist Hinodeya Sankichi, features “all-new adventures inspired by the hit Nintendo video game,” according to Viz Media.

Pricing, format and release date for the localized Splatoon manga were not announced. Here’s a peek at the manga’s cover.

The next game in Nintendo’s stylish squid kid franchise is coming to Nintendo Switch on July 21. Nintendo released a trailer for Splatoon 2’s single-player mode earlier this week.

Viz Media publishes English-language versions of other video game manga, including series based on The Legend of Zelda and Pokémon.
