Sophie Turner Denies Using N-Word, Explains What She Said

Sophie Turner is speaking out after she was falsely accused of saying the N-word in a video that was posted on her friend’s Instagram story.

DJ and fitness guru Brendan Fallis posted a video of him in the gym with Sophie and her boyfriend Joe Jonas. When he points the camera on her, she says, “What’s up motherf–kers.” People thought she said a racial slur though.

“I used the word ‘motherf*ckers’ in a recent video posted in an Instagram story and not a hateful racial slur that has been suggested,” Sophie told JustJared.com in a statement.

“I am incredibly upset that anyone would think otherwise, and I want to make it clear that I would never use such an abhorrent word,” she added.
