Mango Protein Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen organic, cubed
mango - 3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup soy milk
- 1/2 teaspoon organic honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon raw chia seeds
- For garnish:
- 1 teaspoon raw chia seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend cottage cheese, soy milk, and honey until the mixture becomes a light, smooth, whipped liquid.
Add frozen
mango ; blend on high until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk as needed.Once the mixture is smooth, add in chia seeds. Pulse until stirred thoroughly. Top with a sprinkle of chia seeds. Enjoy immediately!
