Tiffany & Co. Sponsor Love Magazine Covers [Fashionista]
Love Magazine‘s latest issue stars “Alasdair [McLellan]’s Girls” — models Slick Woods, Adwoah Aboah and Adriana Lima as well as actress/activist Rowan Blanchard — on its four covers, each of which were photographed by the famed fashion photog himself. The issue, interestingly enough, is sponsored by Tiffany & Co., and all four girls are wearing the classic jewelry brand in addition to pieces by Balenciaga, Moschino and more.
Off-White Asks Court to Step In After Paige Denim Sends Cease-and-Desist Letter Over Diagonal Stripe [WWD]
Off-White, the popular streetwear brand launched by Kanye creative director Virgil Abloh in 2014, is asking a New York federal court to step in after Paige Denim sent a cease-and-desist letter to the brand claiming that Off-White’s diagonal stripe label was too similar to Paige’s trademarked diagonal stitching pattern. “There is no likelihood of consumer confusion as to source, affiliation, sponsorship, or connection with the defendant that is caused by Off-White’s use of the Off-White diagonal marks,” said Off-White’s representatives. Paige’s legal representation was “surprised” by the request, as the two companies had previously attempted to reach an out-of-court settlement.

Mindy Grossman Leaves HSN to Join Weight Watchers as President [WWD]
After nine years as the CEO of HSN, Mindy Grossman is stepping down from her position effective May 24. She will join Weight Watchers International as its president and CEO in July. Grossman, who had past stints at Ralph Lauren and Nike, is credited with leading HSN to become a $4 billion lifestyle network by spearheading digital initiatives and collaborating with various brands and celebrities including Serena Williams, Kate Walsh and Eva Longoria. In 2015, media mogul Oprah Winfrey came on as an investor and brand ambassador for Weight Watchers.
