‘Upskirting’ incident reported at Walmart store in Manassas, Va.

A 23-year-old woman said a man “upskirted” her in a Walmart store in Manassas, Va.

The incident happened just before 2 p.m. Thursday at the store on Liberia Avenue. The victim told police she was shopping when she “felt something touch her skirt.” When she looked around, she saw a man she did not know “holding a cellphone under her skirt,” police said in a statement.

When the woman tried to confront the man, he fled the store. Police said he was last seen in a black Lexus SUV.

The woman was not injured in the incident.

Police in Prince William County gave a brief description of the man. He is said to be a black man who is 6-feet tall with a thin build and black colored hair. His age was not known, and he was last seen wearing blue jeans, a gray shirt and black shoes, according to police.
