Fruity Pebbles Rice Cooker Cake

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup self-rising flour
    1 egg
    3/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/3 cup Fruity Pebbles, ground
    Nonstick cooking spray
    1 cup heavy whipping cream
    2 tablespoons sugar
    Fruity Pebbles
  1. Special equipment:
    Rice cooker

Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, egg, milk, and sugar. Grind up Fruity Pebbles and fold into batter.
  2. Spray inside of rice maker with nonstick cooking spray and pour batter into the bowl. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  3. While the cake is cooking, whip together heavy whipping cream and sugar.
  4. When cake is finished cooking, flip onto a plate and cover with whipped cream and garnish with more Fruity Pebbles.
