Hi there, I’m Courtney
After nearly a decade of competing as a professional beach volleyball player, I turned in my bikini and passport for a chef’s coat and knife roll. My time at the Culinary Institute of America in the Napa Valley was formative and groundbreaking…quite literally. While working at The Restaurant at Meadowood, I discovered the art of Culinary Farming. I took what I learned on that farm and brought it to some of the best chefs in Los Angeles.
Two months after building my humble little garden in Venice, Bon Appetit came calling and the rest is history. Well. sort of.
Today, I’m a mother of two, and collaborate with people from all walks of life. My mission is to help people grow, in every sense of the word. You can find my television show, The Global Farm, on the Tastemade Channel.
