Vaping catastrophies and things that make you scream OH NO

We've all had a moment during a vaping session, or during a rebuild or even while your mod is sitting there doing nothing that made us go "WHYYYYYYYYY!!!!" Care to share your vaping scares? I'll start:

Decided to use a tank I hadn't in a while last night. New coil, filled 'er up, and vaped. Decided to call it a night and turned my mod off and left it in front of my laptop. Woke up this morning, grabbed my cup of coffee and went to grab my mod...only to find a puddle of eliquid under the battery door. The 510 on the tank had somehow gotten loose, and leaked a half tank of juice right down inside, all over the board and out the bottom. I took it apart and cleaned everything off with isopropyl, gave it a good drying and thankfully all is well again (and that tank is in the trash)

For me it is after I replace batteries in my G-Priv and forget to lock the dumb touchscreen.

Right to 220w EVERY TIME (why not to 0w?!?!) and kaboom goes my $5.00 coil. Happens about every month.

It's always those leaking moments that make you lose a boner fast, 100-0 flat, half a tank or more of liquid on your self or belongings, for me it's that nasty top fill Kayfun5, can't fill it more than half coz it will spill any extra, every damn time

I did a rebuild on my Toptank RBA and I forgot to put the top piece on the RBA and screwed it into my tank and turned it rightsize up to take a nice long hit only to get nothing but a complete flooding sound.

I was going to mention that as well. Leaving the top off the RBA in my STM has only happened once, but what a leaky mess. Juice just pours out.

My oh-noez have been something silly like taking my tank off full to do a build and instead of setting upside down standing on its drip tip stood it upright as if it was on the base.. yea that was a mess. Messes are my biggest oh noez especially when trying new builds that fail and just pour juice out, when i first got my very first griffin (the 22mm) i tried doing a vertical coil build without looking anything up just did it the way i had been doing on my original aromamizer and boy did that thing flood.

Forgetting to put the single coil plug in place and then dumping the tank a bunch of times believing it's your wicking at fault. :facepalm:

Screwing a Nautilus Mini on after having the Sub Ohm Langertech Pangu TC tank at 100 Watts/420°F and the MOD decided to not switch to Wattage and 10 watts like usual. Fried a coil in seconds and can you say charred hit?

I also never like when I switch a Smok Cloud Beast tank with a 0.15ohm coil out for a Nautilus with a 1.8ohm coil on a mod and forget to change the wattage from 120w down to 12w.

You can prime that coil all you want before that first firey puff and it's still gonna blow up real good!

When I was using my cubis pro I would sometimes try to reassemble it upside down after filling it. I'd get the mouthpiece full of liquid and being absent minded, I'd wonder why it wasn't tightening....

Happens........... Found that hitting the fire button with no Atomizer prevents future flaming coils though.

This happens to me every time I take my G-Priv out with me in the car. Except that I do make sure to lock the screen but it's too dang easy to accidently unlock it by hitting that tiny button instead of the fire button. I'll be driving along on the highway, grab my mod and get a NASTY 220w dry hit. Holy crap, it's scary trying to drive while choking and your eyes are watering. UGH. I stopped taking the G-Priv with me after the third time it happened. I much prefer the automatic locking of the Tesla Touch.

Since I drip using a 510 atomizer on top of an Ego Twist battery...
I hate it when I miss the drip tip and get some juice on my fingers...

But I lick it off and all is right with my world again.
