Watch Kasabian’s Insane (In The Membrane) Cypress Hill Cover For ‘Like A Version’

Leicester rockers Kasabian have made their triumphant return to triple j‘s Like A Version covers segment, this time delivering an acoustic reimagining of Cypress Hill‘s ‘Insane In The Brain’.

Tom Meighan, Sergio Pizzorno and company dropped a unique version of the hip hop classic, complete with whistles and “MC Meighan” upholding his rightful mic duties. The band even mashed up the song with their track ‘Processed Beats’, which appeared on their self-titled debut album.

Kasabian performed two exclusive shows at the Sydney Opera House earlier this month, during which they also dropped a cover of Daft Punk’s ‘Around The World’.

During their last appearance on ‘Like A Version’, the group mashed up the ‘Sesame Street’ theme song with The Beach Boys.
