- Keep the quotes short, snappy and to the point.
- Use photographs - photographs reveals that photos make facts and statements more believable
- Try to make the quotes reflect general concerns that there may be about your type of business or service.
- Change them regularly to to keep them fresh and up to date
- Add a description of the work done or even photographs if appropriate.
- Arrange testimonials according to category
- Getting customer’s permission before using their comments is essential. You can’t publish a comment which has not been approved
- Use stories to persuade
