Donald Trump has chimed in on the conversation surrounding International Women's Day. The president posted two tweets in honor of the celebration, where he cited his "tremendous respect for women" and made a call to action in "honoring the critical role of women" in the U.S. and abroad.

But, considering his appalling history of "respecting" women, Trump didn't fool anyone. Twitter users quickly used the president's past words against him to point out the hypocrisy in the tweets. His comments on grabbing women "by the pussy" and misogynist criticisms towards Megyn Kelly and Hillary Clinton during the presidential race were a few examples quoted.
