Job Description Sales Manager (General Trade/Modern Trade)
1. Manage sales activities and all marketing programs and events
2. Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel
3. Identifies objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short and long term sales and earnings
4. Develop and motivate sales force team to achieve target
5. Maintaining close relationship with outlets / accounts and developing potential new customers.

- Target oriented, good negotiation & communication skill, fast learner, strong leadership, and able to work under pressure
- Willing to work all over Indonesia especially Yogyakarta
