Although this item was lost in transit (not the seller's fault at all), the seller was very apologetic a d professional, and extremely efficient in issuing a refund.

I contacted seller letting her know that the necklace is falling apart. It was beautiful when I received it. It was a twisted black and white pearl. Now it has become untwisted and the string the pearls are on now gap. The seller has yet to respond. I paid $40 and have had the necklace less than 2 month. I will try to dispute with my credit card company. I do not like writing reviews at all but very disappointing.
