Children were also in the car screaming for their mother, whose emergency was unspecified. "I thought immediately something's going wrong with that woman now, and I've got to do something to help her," Viloria told WSVN. He hopped out of the window and ran to the vehicle. The sudden action alerted a fire-rescue officer who was also in the restaurant. "I never panicked," Viloria said. "I never panicked at all. My brain was on hero mode. Totally."
