Shraddha Kapoor starrer Saina Nehwal biopic stalled?

Shraddha Kapoor has carved a niche for herself in the industry with some stellar performances but her last few releases - 'Rock On 2', 'OK Jaanu' and 'Haseena Parkar' met with poor reactions from the audience and the critics, with the exception of 'Half Girlfriend'.
Shraddha had started prepping up for her next film, a biopic on Saina Nehwal, where she would be seen playing the titular role.

According to reports making the rounds, the Amol Gupte film has been facing some glitches due to which the film has been postponed but the film has been indefinitely postponed or been deferred for a bit is unknown yet.
Shraddha had started training for the role and was even spending a lot of time with the ace shuttler and even trained with Saina's coach Pullela Gopichand.
Meanwhile, Shraddha has resumed the second schedule of Prabhas starrer 'Saaho' which is scheduled to release this year.
