Guardianship Act review: Question Papers 4, 5 and 6 released

We have released the final package of Question Papers in our review of the Guardianship Act:

Question Paper 4 on safeguards and procedures
Question Paper 5 on medical and dental treatment and restrictive practices and
Question Paper 6 on remaining issues not covered by Question Papers 1-5.

These Question Papers and more (including easy read versions) can be accessed at this link.

Easy-to-answer surveys for the Guardianship Act review

As part of the consultation process we are releasing a series of easy-to-answer surveys that can be completed instead of making a formal submission. We have produced surveys which correspond with Question Papers 4, 5 and 6. 

We will use the information gathered from the surveys to inform future publications including the Final Report. Even if you only have one or two points about how the law has affected you, we still want to hear them.​​​
