A STAR WARS 8 The Last Jedi set photo has been shared by director Rian Johnson, in anticipation of his Star Wars Celebration appearance.

Episode VIII isn’t due to hit cinemas until December, but fans can’t help their manic speculation surrounding the new film.
The first teaser trailer is still yet to be released, with confirmation it will air first at Star Wars Celebration in Orlando, Florida this April.
While The Last Jedi director, Johnson, is due to appear on a panel there with producer Kathleen Kennedy.
Now the filmmaker has teased his appearance with a brand new set photo.
The black and white shot was shared by Johnson on his Tumblr account.
Standing in a line are a group of First Order stormtroopers, except for one whose helmet is up.
The director wrote: “We’re coming to Orlando for a Star Wars Celebration panel on April 14th, and I cannot wait. See you there!”
This is the first time Johnson has shared a Star Wars photo since he posted a picture of Luke Skywalker’s robe when filming on The Last Jedi finished.
Not much is known about Episode VIII, except that it will feature much more of Mark Hamill’s Jedi.
Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi is released in UK cinemas on December 15, 2017.
