I would highly recommend Swarna Mohan for anyone looking for a Resale Home at RoundRock ISD for the price range of 350K to 400K (at-least that is what our ask was for the home search).
Swarna is very knowledgable about all the neighborhoods of West side of RoundRock ISD - facilities available in communities, parks available, connectivity, price ranges etc., Though Redfin and Zillow were helping us narrow down to certain neighbourhoods (with respect to school ratings), her local knowledge further helped us to take some educated decisions.
Swarna can guesstimate how much work/money is needed to fix certain items on resale houses. As a first time home buyer, I was distracted on dirty carpets, and old appliances. She educated me to focus on important things to look like number of rooms, room design, incoming sunlight, etc.. rather than cosmetic changes like Carpets which would be only couple of grands.
She helped us come up with a good initial quote price based on the comparables. we started way less than the asking price, and ended up increasing the quote little high, and finally ended up being accepted the offer.
I went with most of her referrals, especially the HandlyMan and HomeInspector thing worked out really well.
Though my Home Inspector clearly explained the report, She helped us to differentiate between the cosmetic fixes (like chimney covers, hole in posts, ) vs Major repairs (Attic leaks, roof fix cost), and helped us prioritize items that I should ask from Se
