In related news, Lauer's ex-wife Nancy Alspaugh appeared to be defending Lauer following sexual misconduct claims against him, saying that it 'would have been so out of character for him.'

AceShowbiz - Another old video about Matt Lauer's alleged inappropriate sexual behavior resurfaces. In the new video, Meredith Vieira revealed that she once found a "huge bag of sex toys" in the former "Today" co-host's office closet.

Taken from "The Meredith Vieira Show" two years ago, the video saw Vieira confronting Lauer, who recently was fired from "Today" following multiple sexual harassment allegations against him, about the shocking discovery. "I went into your office once--do you remember this? Snooping, and you had a huge bad of sex toys in your office closet," Vieira said.

"Wait a minute," Lauer interjected. "Yes, you did," Vieira insisted.

"Can we explain what happened?" Lauer said. "You were there. We had a guest on the show. She was a sex therapist. And when she left, and you did the segment actually-," he added, before the host quickly cut, "I didn't."

Ignoring Vieira's denial, Lauer went on saying, "She gave each of us shopping bag of stuff." Vieira, however, claimed that she "didn't get a bag of stuff."

Lauer continued explaining, "True story, I didn't know what to do. I put it in the closet of my dressing room. The next day, we had Bush on the show, the Secret Service came with the dogs to sweep our dressing room … they open up the thing and they're opening up the bag, I'm like, 'Oh my God!' "

Previously, two old videos came into the light. One video showed Katie Couric telling Andy Cohen in a 2012 interview on "Watch What Happens Live" that Lauer "pinches me on the ass a lot." The other video featured Lauer making lewd comments to Vieira, when the two were co-hosting "Today" together. Vieira was seen bending over to grab scripts on the table, and later Lauer creepily commented, "Pretty sweater. Keep bending over like that. It's a nice view."

In related news, Lauer's ex-wife Nancy Alspaugh appeared to be defending Lauer following sexual misconduct claims against him. "I was shocked because he’s been such a stalwart at that network and in that job," Alspaugh, who was married to Lauer from 1981 to 1988, spoke to Entertainment Tonight of Lauer's firing. "He's been the best person that's ever held that job and I couldn't imagine that anything that he would have done -- that would have been so out of character for him -- that would have caused that reaction."

"That's why it's so shocking, I think, for the people that really know him and really love him and they want to get the good stuff out. I want to get out the fact that he made a contribution to my nonprofit, that he helped me when my husband died," she shared. "The selfless, giving part of him, which people tend to forget whenever this kind of a situation comes up. He would give you the shirt off his back if you really needed it. He did that for everybody. From the lowest person on set to, you know, the highest powers."

"He's just a very giving person and charming and I think a lot of this stuff is obviously going to come to light, whether it's true or not, and some of the things that are being stated may not be true," she said. "We have to find that out, you know? As time goes on here, people should be aware there's a family involved here. There are three children and that's -- I think it's important to be aware that this can destroy a family. Reporting on accusations before they know whether they're real or not."

Lauer allegedly once gave a colleague a sex toy as a present. In addition, he included an explicit note about how he wanted to use it on her, leaving her mortified. Another allegation suggested that Lauer summoned a different female employee to his office, where he took off his pants and showed her his penis. As the employee declined to engage in a sexual act with him, Lauer reportedly reprimanded her for that. According to a source, the employee who met with NBC News' human resource alleged that Lauer invited her to his hotel room late at night while covering the Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia in 2014.
