Vote now for your favorite North Alabama entrepreneur

Dozens of entrepreneurs are competing to win the Women's Business Center of North Alabama's 2017 People's Choice Award.

The award will be given to a local entrepreneur who receives the most votes on AL.com through Feb. 17. That person will be honored during the Entrepreneur Awards luncheon March 3 at Campus No. 805.

"WBCNA is pleased to bring back the Entrepreneur Awards for the second year," said WBCNA Chief Operating Officer Erin Bloxham Curtis. "We have a lot of events that focus on companies, but this event focuses solely on the accomplishments of the entrepreneur."

Hillary Dunham of Mint Julep Monograms/Mint Julep Market was last year's People's Choice winner.

In addition to People's Choice, the WBCNA will present other awards: the Entrepreneur of the Year, Intrapreneur of the Year, WBC Entrepreneur of the Year, Creative Entrepreneur of the Year, Entrepreneur Champion of the Year and Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year.

The Entrepreneur Awards, which will be presented by Alabama Media Group/AL.com, will also serve as an annual update for the WBCNA. Tickets are still available by clicking here.
