Hi.

I have booked a Holliday to Finland over Christmas coming 2017 to spend 4 days in a santas village so my lil one can experance the whole Christmas experiance.
My dilemma is that I have tried looking up for information on vaping in Finland but it is so confusing. Does any one know of the laws on vaping in Finland or where I can get reliable information from?
I also diy my own juice and am not sure if this will cause problems both with airlines or carrying it in Finland whilst we are there. I will buy store bought juice if I have to but I would prefer not to if I don't have to.

Just glad I thought to start looking now as at least I have plenty of time to find out what I can n can't do.

Many thanks in advance.

FINLAND - Partial permission: two-tier system.

Nicotine-free liquids and e-cigarette devices can both be sold in Finland.

Liquids containing nicotine fall under the requirements of the Medicines Act and they do not have a sales licence in this country. Nicotine-free liquids are not clearly stipulated by any law.

As far as the e-juice goes, I'd tell um it's baby oil.....:)

Buy zero nic juice, and either mix in some 100mg/ml or empty it and add your choice of juice. I don't envision it being an issue, but never been to Finland. The Dutch had no problem with them that I ever encountered.

I would rather tell em the truth then to lie and not be able to fly or be fined and also I would have multiple bottles so it would look weird

On this part i'm more worried about customs to be honest. I'v only ever found one store brought e juice I really like so I'd rather take my own. I think I need to look at things a bit more and see what I can find. If they were just going to look at the bottles then I would put my own in it but if they smell it n it's not the same that's on the bottles or they test it for any thing then could cause me problems and I would rather not break my little girls heart just over a bottle of ejuice

I dunno, as long as you don't state that there's no nic in it (IE, don't lie and don't conceal that the bottle has been reused) I personally wouldn't worry about it given the info posted in the second reply. I'd only even consider doing it on the off chance that it might save some hassle at customs. That assumes you take nic juice at all. If not, it's a non issue :)

I might just take a mix of store brought n my own. I always lable n date my bottles with full details and wasn't planing on lying. I might just ring the airport and see what they say
