Sir Tom Jones added another singer to his team on The Voice tonight as the daughter of model Linda Lusardi and actor Sam Kane sent the Welsh singer a bit giddy.

Lucy Kane, who is 20, performed a rendition of The Shirelles' Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow which Treforest-born Tom said was "fresh".

Both Tom and Gavin Rossdale spun around for Lucy - who has appeared in pantomimes across the UK with her famous parents - and the youngster was so overcome with emotion she couldn't finish her performance.

Lucy felt like she's grown up with Tom's music

Rossdale said: "You sing really beautifully.

"It's beautiful to see that emotion come out in your voice and your personality afterwards."

Tom said: "I know that song very well, I toured with The Shirelles in 1965." Rossdale joked: "And he coached them!"

"That was a great record and I used to listen to it every night," added Tom. "I loved your rendition of it, it was 'fresh' to quote Will.

"You have a beautiful voice and I think you can do a lot of different things."

Lucy then went on to pick Tom because she feels like she "knows" the singer because her dad sings his songs all the time.

She added: "I feel like I've grown up with Tom's music and my dad sings just like you. He's got the same shaped head. I feel like I know you."
