Moby announced on Instagram today that he was approached to DJ an event for Donald Trump’s impending inauguration. And although he respectfully declined the offer (“Hahahahaha, wait,” he writes in the caption, “Hahahaha, really?”), he conceded that he would participate in the Inaugural Ball if Trump were to release his tax returns. He continued: “I would probably play Public Enemy and Stockhausen remixes to entertain the republicans.”

At Billboard’s request, Moby has now shared his hypothetical inauguration playlist. The 27-song mix is composed entirely of protest songs throughout the ages, from “A Change Is Gonna Come” and “The Revolution Will Not Be Televised” to “American Idiot” and “Killing in the Name.” Stream it below. Moby now joins Elton John, Andrea Bocelli, and Vince Neil in a growing list of artists not performing the January 20th inauguration despite public acknowledgment that they’d been approached to do so. Moby’s latest album is 2016’s These Systems Are Failing.
