Unfortunately the wrong product was…

Unfortunately the wrong product was delivered and i had to return it before the product I ordered could be processed so an unnecessary delay for the items actually ordered to be dispatched

The initial attempt to give 1 or 2 stars directs you to customer service not Trustpilot!

Vitamin B12 was delivered on time and corresponds to the description on the website. It's still too early for me to draw a conclusion whether the product is good or not, but I sincerely hope it is!

First time for me to order from Weightworld the shipping was delayed and I didn’t receive it then I got in touch with weightworld by phone and email. In fact as soon as they know about the problem they acted very fast and resent my order by mail and I was happy to get my order and I sent to thank them for their immediate response.

I bought of these tablets off a different company about 12 months ago & they stopped selling these so then I found yours, I have Multiple Sclerosis & my legs kept giving way when I was walking & I had brain fog & really bad fatigue & my joints were really bad & they are so much better since I've been
taking these tablets don't have any
problems any more I would

Superb Customer Service!

Part of a device I bought a few months ago broke and they replaced the entire device and they also included a little gift in my parcel, I guess as an apology which was a very, very nice touch!
It is very easy to get in contact with the Support Team and they respond very quickly so all in all amazing Customer Service! I will continue to buy all my supplements with WeightWorld.

Wrong item but still 5 stars.

I do not usually write reviews but I thought I would make the effort this time.
I received the wrong item. So why the 5 stars? I have never received customer service like WeightWorld. Within 20 minutes of sending the email not only did I have a response, but an apology and a promise the correct item would be sent. Which arrived three days later. (I also got to keep the other item).

Will definitely use again

Keep trying hard to take off strip but I’ve woken up a couple of times and plaster had came off I hope it’s not just a placebo effect

Vitamin C

I ordered, the product came - earlier than promised. I did not need any more. No problem to resolve, so that aspect has not been tested, hence not 5 star.
