All The Looks From The Erdem For H&M Collection

This article is more than 6 years old.

The Erdem x H&M collection will drop in stores and online on November 2. This will be the latest designer collaboration from the Swedish fast fashion chain following the success of previous collabs which have included Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney, Lanvin and Maison Martin Margiela to name a few.

Erdem is a UK-based fashion label known for its romantic aesthetic - think flowers and lace and cocktail frocks. The designer Erdem Moralioglu brings the signature flourish of his main collection to this more accessible outing with H&M, creating both women's and men's collections as well as accessories.

For women, there are Victorian style lace dresses spliced with dark floral prints, there are blouses and dresses made from plisse pleats, there are dark silk pantsuits with heady floral bouquet prints, and of course there are several cocktail dresses all with floral detailing and embellished either with lace or ribbon edging.  The standout look from the collection is a dramatic black dress with a slight v-neck, cinched waist and a full skirt that gives a whiff of couture. There is also a smart little tweed skirt suit with frayed edges, a leopard print fur coat and a pajama style outfit.

The pajama style look also makes it to the men's collection. Other pieces in the men's collection include blue overcoats, a tailored light gray suit, a couple of sweaters with a zig zag pattern and a retro style silk shirt with a floral print.

The accessories, which also boast of floral prints and romantic embellishments, include pumps, boots, scarves, earrings and a knapsack.
