Many fans have wondered what would happen if you were to get Kendrick Lamar and J.Cole together in the studio.

Accord to Ab-Soul, fans won't have to wait much longer to find out.

In his sit-down with the Breakfast Club, Ab-Soul recently spoke on the collaborative effort, confirming that it does in fact exist.

However, he couldn't confirm whether or not he himself is involved.

"I can't speak on that," he responds, when co-host Charlamagne asked if he has a guest verse on the unicorn of a project. "I wish I could.

Charlamagne wasn't satisfied with that response, so he kept pushing until Ab-Soul finally confirmed that not only does the project exist, but the two reputed emcees have been working on it "for a while."

"They got something in the works," Ab-Soul says. "They've been working on that motherf***er for a while."
