In recent times Nigeria’s anti-gay laws have been a source of heated discussions with some people standing for it while others stand against it. Some music stars like M.I Abaga have come forward to condemn the law while gay rights activist Bisi Alimi has also called Nigeria a hypocritical nation.

To show the other side of the spectrum, Battabox recently spoke to two gay men, with their identities concealed.

The men talked about knowing they were gay, trying to hide it from their family, their thoughts on the government’s position on homosexuality and their relationships.
