Google Pay has reliable services, but it comes with major drawbacks. It charges a 1% platform fee for bill payments with a credit card, even when using UPI. There’s no option to change the email address, which is frustrating. Additionally, the fee makes it less appealing for frequent transactions compared to other apps. Google Pay was once the best, but these issues seriously affect the user experience. Hope they improve!

Google Pay has become unreliable and frustrating to use due to constant payment failures. What's the point of a digital wallet if I can't depend on it to complete transactions? It's incredibly inconvenient to be stuck at a checkout wondering if my payment went through. I've wasted time and faced embarrassing situations because of this. Google Pay needs to fix these issues immediately. Until they do, I strongly recommend other payment apps.

Google Pay is a great, fast, and secure payment app. The UI is smooth, transaction speed is quick, and UPI support is excellent. There are also occasional offers. However, one issue is the lack of a specific Dark Mode toggle. It depends on the phone’s system- dark mode, which can be annoying. More customization options would make it even better.
