Abstract: Objectives:To explore the correlation of older male sperm quality and unexplained recurrent miscarriage.Methods:The 27 elder men whose wife had unexplained abortion no less than 2 times treated in our hospital between January 2014 and June 2016 were selected as the research object,and 138 elder men underwent reproductive health physical examination at the same time were selected as control group.The semen was detected,to analyze the correlation of sperm quality and unexplained recurrent miscarriage.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups on the sperm quantity and sperm PH value,but the sperm density,sperm survival rate and sperm vitality including the percentage of grade a and grade b in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Sperm density,sperm survival rate and sperm vitality were correlated with unexplained recurrent miscarriage.Conclusion:The sperm density,sperm survival rate and sperm vitality of older men is correlated with unexplained recurrent miscarriage.
