Abstract: Objective:To discuss the clinical,medical imaging symptoms,pathological and therapy of the adrenal ganglioneuroma.Methods:Retrospective analysis 3 cases of the adrenal ganglioneuroma in our hospital in the past 4 years and summarize the correlative literature.Results:Adrenal ganglioneuroma had no obvious clinlcal symptoms of the 3 cases,CT scanning showed low density and CT enhanced scanning showed no enhancement.After the tumor removed by laparoscopic surgery,microscopic pathology could see the ganglioneuroma cells scattered in the tumor tissues and the immunohistochemical rusult:S100(+).Conclusion:Adrenal ganglioneuroma was a rare benign tumor,which does not show obvious symptoms.Mostly diagnosis depends on CT scan,pathological and immunohistochemical.Preferred treatment is laparoscopic surgery,most the tumor have a good prognosis.
