Abstract: Objective To evaluate the value of uhrasonography in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors. Methods 86 cases of ovarian tumors were retrospectively analyzed.According to the pathological examination results, all patients were divided into 2 groups, benign group 48 cases, malignant group 38 cases. All patients before surgery received two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional color doppler ultrasound examination, according to the distribution, branches and features of vessels in patients to classify the type of vascular, calculate and record the blood vessel formation index(Ⅵ),flow index (FI),the formation of blood vessels flow index (VFI),with statistical significance. Results Three-dimensional color doppler ultrasound diagnosis accurate rate was significantly higher than two-dimensional color doppler ultrasound and P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;malignant group Ⅵ,FI and VFI values were higher than those in benign group, both P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the proportion of malignant tumor in type Ⅰ vascular lower than benign group, the proportion of the blood vessels of the type Ⅲ than in the benign group and P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The three-dimensional color doppler ultrasound has high accuracy for differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors and its imaging has unique characteristics, the tumor parenchyma is rich in blood vessels, which has very important clinical significance in the diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors,it is worthy of clinical use.
