I bought this tripod in 2007. i have travelled all over the country shooting in various situations for clients both indoors and outdoors. Fully extended the camera gets around 8' up in the air. I've actually used it fully extended on a few occasions and it is very stable. You can also get the camera down to around 12" off the floor and of course it's solid as a rock. I've had no mechanical issues whatsover and would not hesitate to purchase it again, but it's a lot more pricey in 2023 than it was in 2007. Come to think of it, so is everything else...

But these legs didn't come with the 75mm plate. It came with a 60mm plate. :/
