“Total equipment billings increased 9% in October over September, while bookings contracted 5%,” says SEMI CEO Denny McGuirk, “as the result, the book-to bill ratio for October dropped below parity for the first time in 11 months, even though bookings and billings activity remains at elevated levels relative to last year.”

The last six months b-to-bs are: May 1.09, June 1.00, July 1.05, August 1.03, September 1.05, October 0.91.
