What are some tips to increase confidence when rehearsing for an online presentation?
Presentations can be nerve-racking. And if you are nervous - BRAVO! Nervous energy tells me you care AND you are growing. Here are some simple tips to help you rehearse and nail your next presentation: 1. Prepare your script – prepare your talk track in advance. This might mean slides, this might mean typing out speaker notes. Preparing your script in advance ensures you deliver your message with clarity and confidence. 2. Record yourself – record yourself on video or audio - leverage the recording as a playback tool. Listen in the car or on a walk. Hearing your talk is a helpful practice delivery tool. 3. Finally, I recommend the 2 minute power pose. Studies show holding this pose for 2 min can make you feel more powerful and confident!

How can you promote respect in peer-led initiatives?
Peer-led initiatives are incredible opportunities for collaboration, sharing and engagement – particularly when built on a foundation of respect. In order to nurture a culture of respect in peer initiatives and communities, I always encourage people to approach and conduct themselves by leveraging these 3 powerful yet simple tools; 1) Approach through a lens of curiosity not judgement 2) Commit to an inclusive approach; be sure to include everyone’s ideas, opinions and voice 3) Leverage open ended questions to encourage discussion and engagement These tools will help to nurture and develop the foundation for a safe space based on a peer culture of respect and inclusion.

How can you help clients develop self-forgiveness?
Changing your mindset including past mistakes, regrets and guilt can be achieved! Your past also doesn’t have to predict your future. In order to develop self-forgiveness I recommend asking yourself these five questions: 1. How do I feel when I think these thoughts? 2. How am I showing up based on these thoughts? 3. What did I learn from this past situation? 4. How is my current situation different? 5. What new thought might I want to move forward with, and how might I show up with that new thought? Answering and reflecting on these questions will help lead you forward and show up as the leader and professional you want and aspire to be.

Kristina Cleary, Founder of Accelle Inc., was recently selected as Top Executive Coach
of the Year 2023 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for her
outstanding leadership, results-oriented approach, and dedication to her clients and the
industry.
Inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself;
only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special
honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic
achievements, leadership abilities, longevity in the field, other affiliations, and
contributions to their communities. All Honorees are invited to attend the IAOTP annual
award gala at the end of this year for a night to honor their achievements.
With more than two decades of experience in the technology industry, including two
successful exits, Ms. Cleary decided to leave her EVP and CMO position within a global
technology HCM organization to help women accelerate their personal and professional
success by providing a platform for coaching, content and community; thus, ACCELLE
was created.
Ms. Cleary founded ACCELLE to support her passion and commitment to helping
create a world full of diverse leadership, and is on a mission to increase the number of
women in senior leadership positions. Ms. Cleary is helping make this happen by
developing and providing solutions that empower women to build confidence, leadership
presence and belong to a community where they can thrive. -
