Job Purpose
· Responsible for day to day activities of the implementation and the evaluation of the project. This position has the role of implementing, following up, monitoring and evaluating the program activities, and securing commitments and accountability for FSL results in the implementation area.
· Responsible for FSL activity implementation in Shebelle Zones of Somali Region
· Responsible for compilation of project information and sharing regular reports and updates to FSL Coordinator/Manager
· Ensure correct beneficiary selection procedure and criteria are use during beneficiaries targeting process
· Ensure any feedback from beneficiaries or target communities correctly collected and shared with coordinator, are responded to appropriately or raised with FSL manager, Advisor or Manager if needed
· Ensure target beneficiaries are not overlapped with other actors’ target beneficiaries for the sake of harmonization of intervention
· Coordinate with FSL Coordinator to ensure FSL, Logistics and Finance team know exact distribution timetable and beneficiary numbers so that livestock feed/veterinary vouchers are available in the required locations at the required times
· Ensure to have clear understanding about post-distribution monitoring of livestock feed and veterinary voucher and closely follow up food security situation and check the quality of information collected. Compile data and share with relevant staff in a timely manner
Key Accountabilities

· Coordinate with FSL Coordinators to ensure FSL and Finance team in Gode know exact distribution timetable and beneficiary numbers so that livestock feed and veterinary voucher in the required locations at the required times
· Ensure to have clear understanding about livestock feed post-distribution monitoring and closely monitoring food security indicators and check the quality of information collected. Compile data and share with relevant FSL coordinator in a timely manner
· Works closely with implementing partners to oversee quality of work and provide technical support
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
· University Degree agricultural, veterinary medicine and rural development or any other related filed of studies.
· At least four years’ experience in Food Security and livelihood projects
· Previous experience working with humanitarian organizations and developmental organization
· Have good communication and negotiation skills
· Have practical experience in pastoral and Somali cultural context
· Prepared to work under pressure,
· Honest and motivated
· Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)
