App isn't showing on my phone as installed but showing installed in the play store. App keeps shutting down. Doesn't need update & I've restarted my phone. UPDATE: I finally got it to work long enough to print but I had to screenshot the photo I wanted just to use it since it was from last year. Unfortunately, now that I've gotten to play with it the app isn't user friendly. My Victure photo printer had a better app. My return and go back to using that.

I've been enjoying the app, but over the past couple of days it has crashed many dozens of times. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, closed, reopened, and cleared cache, all to no avail:( The app opens and connects by Bluetooth to my phone, but none of the functions are working. Hope the techs are working on this.

Picture colors are not vibrant. I have high speed Internet. Firmware update seems to hang. I have tried several times to install firmware updates and after 40 minutes of " installing firmware", the notice in the app, I think its just not installing. There is no blue bar that tells me. Exactly what version is supposed to be running and how long does it normally take to update the firmware for the Sproket Studio Plus? My wifi router is in the same room only feet away.
