WWE SmackDown Live ratings (Aug. 22, 2017): SummerSlam fallout brings biggest audience since Shakeup

WWE.com

Team Blue got a nice bump from The Biggest Party Of The Summer, as the fallout from SummerSlam, and maybe the buzz about new stars debuting, overcame the loss of John Cena to deliver the biggest audience since WrestleMania and the subsequent Superstar Shakeup.

Aug. 22’s edition of SmackDown drew 2,685,000 viewers, sixth best on the night among cable originals behind four Fox News shows and Rachel Maddow on MSNBC.

Their share of the 18 - 49 year old demographic also rose .77 last week to a .87 this Tuesday, best on the night as usual.
