Abstract: Objectives:To investigate the correlation of precocious puberty and environmental endocrine disruptors.Methods:115 girls with precocious puberty from February 2010 to February 2015 were selected as the observation group, and 115 healthy girls at the same time were selected as control group. All the girls received environmental endocrine disruptors and the uterine volume, bone density and serum levels of estradiol were detected to analyze analyze the correlation of precocious puberty and environmental endocrine disruptors. Results:The EEDs indicators DEHP,OP,BPA were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group, with significant difference (P < 0.05).The uterine volume, ovarian volume, estradiol and bone density in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference (P < 0.05).DEHP was positively correlated with uterine volume, ovarian volume and bone mineral density (P =0.001,0.003,O.000 respectively);OP and uterine volume was positively correlated (P =0.003);BPA and uterine volume and ovarian volume was positively correlated (P =0.000 and 0.042 respectively). Conclusion:The environmental endocrine disruptors is an important factor of precocious puberty.
