Abstract: Objectives:To investigate the effect of lymphocyte immunotherapy on patients with unexplained infertility undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET).Methods:462 patients diagnosed as unexplained infertility undergoing IVF caused by lacking blocking antibodies (BA) from May 2011 to September 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, treatment group (n =187) and control group (n =275).The percentages of anti-CD-3 +,CD4 + and CD8 + were examined by flow cytometry, and lymphocytes immunotherapy was performed in the treatment group.Pregnancy outcome was compared between the two groups. Results:The expression rate of anti-CD3 +,CD4 + and CD8 + in the peripheral blood in active immunotherapy were statistically higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).The pregnancy rate and implantation rate in the treatment group was higher (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the miscarriage rate, the number of retrieved oocytes, fertilization rate, cleavagerate, embryo grading and the number of embryos transplanted between the two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion:Lymphocyte immunotherapy can improve the outcome of IVF-ET in the patient with unexplained infertility,an effective method of treating unexplained infertility.
