A Venue For All Seasons – Northbrook Park

We absolutely love seeing our venues through the eyes of others and this beautiful winter wedding was recently captured by Christina Sarah Photography.

Indeed, nothing compares to the timeless romance of a country estate wedding and Northbrook Park is a truly spectacular setting for your special day. The venue boasts a stunning Grade II listed eighteenth-century manor house, set within 120 acres of idyllic parkland.

Christina continues “The elegance of Northbrook Park in Farnham, Surrey hit me as soon as I walked up the private driveway. It was a foggy winters day but this eighteenth-century manor house set surrounded by stunning countryside still looked majestic. Around every corner at Northbrook Park you’ll find such beauty (including Snowbell, their resident white peacock) and this was January, I can only imagine how stunning the grounds must be in spring and summer!”

Guests will be wowed by the magnificence of the country manor as they make their way up the grand drive. Northbrook Park has magnificent architecture and features a stunning Orangery and enchanting Vine Room with floor to ceiling windows, marble floors and crystal chandeliers.

Through a wooden door you will discover the Walled Gardens with a sunken central lawn, mature fruit trees and water features. Couples may choose to hold the blessing in the sunken garden, surrounded by herbaceous beds of aromatic rosemary, lavender and bay trees.

“I loved capturing such an elegant Northbrook Park winter wedding and hope to capture more weddings in the Surrey countryside soon” says Christina “The best parts about this country house, from a photographers perspective, has to be the light filled enchanting ‘Vine Room’ which is used as an elegant civil ceremony room and is the perfect setting for a classic soiree or you can head to ‘The Orangery’ for your wedding breakfast which is such a perfect blank canvas to adorn with an abundance of gorgeous blooms. The surrounding gardens are full of endless choices especially when it comes to your wedding pictures, with so many beautiful backdrops you really are spoilt for choice. The gardens are also the perfect place to host your cocktail hour (or three).”
