North American teams will battle each other starting tonight to secure a spot at the Dota Pit LAN final in Split, Croatia.
Set to take place on January 20-22 in Split, Croatia, at the Spaladium Arena, Dota Pit Season 5 announced only two directly invited teams to the main event, Wings Gaming and Digital Chaos. The remaining six participants will be decided through regional qualifiers. So far Virtus.pro have secured their spot into the LAN event by winning the CIS bracket, and Team Secret are the European regional winners.
While the Chinese regional Grand Finals are scheduled for tomorrow November 3 at 06:00 CEST, the battle for NA will commence tonight at 22:00 CEST. Four strong teams will face each other to claim the ticket for the LAN event.
