It is hard to believe that the BAC Mono was revealed some six years ago yet still looks as good as ever and remains one of the best driver’s cars on the market.

Eager to introduce the single-seater to the Scandinavian market, the British automaker recently took part in The Atlantic Road Trip rally through Sweden, Norway and Denmark with an eye-catching black, white and fluro yellow Mono.

This isn’t the first time BAC has promoted the Mono through a special road trip. A few months ago, a dozen Mono owners brought their cars to the Isle of Man for an exclusive road trip along the island’s most scenic roads.

Since the BAC Mono’s introduction, it has undergone a series of changes but for the most part, remains the same. The most significant difference between new Monos and the original vehicles produced is the use of a 2.5-liter Mountune four-cylinder engine rather than a 2.3-liter unit from Cosworth. Additionally, BAC has created a number of panels for the track car from graphene and also updated its chassis to provide more cockpit space.
