To add to the confusion, Nintendo points out that Nintendo Creators are free to create a second account to livestream its games on, or otherwise remove themselves from the Creators Program and register their videos for manual review.
No doubt these changes were prompted by some high profile YouTube Gaming Live incidents, which Nintendo hopes to avoid being attached to its titles.
