The impact of music can push forward a need for change and Lin-Manuel Miranda is the man to make it happen.

Miranda joined forces with all-star Latin celebrities to release a new song and raise money for Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria.

"Almost Like Praying" pays tribute to the island and highlights what makes Puerto Rico strong despite the destruction the natural disaster brought.

Miranda organized the record and features celebrities like Jennifer Lopez, Luis Fonsi, Gloria Estefan and Gina Rodriguez to name a few.

The proceeds to the song will go to The Hispanic Federation, which Miranda has been a strong advocate for since the humanitarian crisis hit.

According to CNN, only about 9 percent of Puerto Rico residents have power, while other homes are left without running water.

Miranda rounded up some of the biggest Latin singers to perform this bilingual track.

According to The New York Times, the Hamilton creator traveled back and forth to oversee recording sessions and finally put everything together Tuesday night.

His hard work paid off and didn't go unnoticed by his fans, who praised him on Twitter for creating a song and his continuous efforts to help out his island.

Miranda was teasing clips all September long, so its exciting to see the song produced and streamed across multiple music platforms.

Lin-Manuel Miranda continues to be the beacon hope for a fallen island.
