Emma Stone growing closer to Spider-Man actor Andrew Garfield again two years after split
HER La La Land character’s love life had a bittersweet ending.
But EMMA STONE could be on her way to a happy outcome in real life after cosying up to her ex, actor ANDREW GARFIELD.
The pair dated for four years after meeting while taking the lead parts in 2012’s The Amazing Spider-Man.
But their romance fizzled out at the end of 2015.
Things are heating up again for the pair with US actress Emma making multiple trips to see him in his London production Angels In America.
A source close to the actor said: “Andrew’s feelings for Emma never softened and now they are growing close once again.
She has seen the show several times and always goes backstage afterwards to see him.
“They have even been sneaking out of the back door holding hands.”
“Emma spent some time in the UK earlier in the year shooting her new film The Favourite, but made a further trip to London when they have reconnected.
"There is a lot of history between them but they are both so busy. At the moment they are just seeing what happens."
Emma is currently in New York working on Netflix show Maniac.
Lucky she has that La La Land cheque to pay for those transatlantic flights. . .

CINDERELLA star LILY JAMES could have done with her Prince Charming on hand in rural France at the weekend – when thieves stole her bag and passport.
My movie insider said: “She was in the country doing pre-shoot rehearsals for her new role in Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again! when it happened.
“When she realised her passport had gone too she was left panicked and stranded, with no way to get back home to the UK.
“Thankfully, bosses sorted out a permit. It was all very stressful.”
The ex-Downton actress, who is dating former Doctor Who actor MATT SMITH, was working on the musical sequel in which she plays a young version of MERYL STREEP’s character Donna.
She joins Meryl, COLIN FIRTH, DOMINIC COOPER, AMANDA SEYFRIED and PIERCE BROSNAN, who have all signed up to reprise their roles from the 2008 original.
It’s not Lily’s first musical venture – her last film appearance earlier this year saw her singing with co-star ANSEL ELGORT in Edgar Wright’s music-driven heist movie Baby Driver.
And she exercised those vocal cords in 2015’s Cinderella too – though maybe they’ll be singing the blues today after her real-life drama.
A little Spanish in the mix
DESPACITO has been one of the songs of the summer, having dominated the charts and become the most streamed global track of all time.
And now LITTLE MIX are set to follow in JUSTIN BIEBER’s footsteps by releasing their own exotic pop jam.
The girlband are teaming up with Latin pop sensations CNCO for their new track Reggaeton Lento, which will be released tomorrow.
The song is a remix of the hit boys’ catchy tune, which has been streamed 472million times with an incredible one billion views of the official video on YouTube.
And the Little Mix girls even sing in Spanish on the track – which is about falling in love on the dance floor.
I can’t wait to hear it.
PINK'S COMEBACK
IT has been a while, but PINK is back to her best in the video for her great new tune What About Us, which sees her singing in the desert.
The joy of her new release was yesterday overshadowed by trolls who brought up her 16-year feud with CHRISTINA AGUILERA, which started when they fought over lines in 2001 track Lady Marmalade.
But insisting the drama is now over, Pink tweeted: “We’ve made amends.”
Good to hear.
Anna's diss for Chris
THEIR decision to split sent shockwaves through Hollywood, and now ANNA FARIS has offered an insight into the reasons behind her separation from Guardians Of The Galaxy actor CHRIS PRATT.
Opening up on her podcast after eight years of marriage, she said: “Life is too short to be in relationships where you feel this isn’t fully right or somebody doesn’t have your back, or somebody doesn’t fully value you.
“Don’t be afraid to feel your independence if things aren’t right. I made that mistake . . . know your worth, know your independence.”
Sounds like good advice to me.

Secret second Amy film
DESPITE AMY WINEHOUSE’s public battles with drink and drugs, her death in 2011 still shocked the nation.
The 2015 Oscar-winning film of her life, directed by Asif Kapadia, shed light on the singer’s tragic demons – but another project was secretly in the works to reveal a different side of the iconic singer.
Nick Broomfield, the man behind Whitney: Can I Be Me?, said: “I actually started working on a film and we approached that manager of hers, who features in the Amy documentary, the last manager (Raye Cosbert).
“It was about four months before she died. They were like, ‘We’ll get back to you’.
“They were probably also dealing with what kind of state she was in.”
So sad.
TAKE TWO AND PARTY
HE may not have his dad’s peroxide blond hair but GARY BARLOW’s son is a dead ringer for the TAKE THAT frontman.
Gary shared a rare snap of himself with son Daniel on Twitter yesterday to celebrate his mini-me’s 17th birthday.
The teen proves the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree as I thought it was a cardboard cut-out of Gary back in the Nineties.
Daniel’s clearly not afraid to show off his bod – just like his dad in his heyday.
Madge movie gift
MADONNA celebrated her 59th birthday yesterday – but it was her dishing out the gifts.
She treated her fans by announcing pre-orders for her Rebel Heart Tour concert film DVD, which is out on September 15.
Madonna proved herself to be the undisputed Queen of Pop with the spectacular show which saw her pole-dancing on a crucifix and singing from inside a metal cage.
The 22-song set will be combined with backstage footage and rare clips from her Tears Of A Clown show in Australia last year.
More than a million fans saw the 82-show tour, which ended in March last year and grossed £132million.
Those who missed out first time are in for an absolute treat.
